Closing 2025 with Gratitude and Momentum
2025 was a year of growth across leadership, learning, and resilience.
✔️ Completed 2 marathons and 3 ultra-marathons across Brunei, Canada, and Malaysia
✔️ Presented papers at 2 international conferences
✔️ Volunteered with PMI Malaysia for academic outreach at Curtin University Sarawak
✔️ Mentored 4 graduate engineers, strengthening their technical foundations
✔️ Built meaningful connections with professionals and communities across borders
I’m grateful for the opportunities and trust that made this possible.
While many say “keep your goals private,” my leadership belief is simple:
define clear KPIs, execute consistently, seek support, and grow others while growing yourself.
Continuous improvement is not optional — it is inevitable for sustainable leadership and impact.
I closed the year by completing a 50KM ultra run — a reminder that sustainable success is built through preparation, perseverance, and commun
