Mount Kinabalu , the tallest mountain in Malaysia whose summit, Lows Peak, sits 4095.2 meters(13,435 feet) above sea level. It is located in the state of Sabah, East Malayasia on the island of Borneo. Among the mountains in Malaysia , and is the most prominent.
For a while I was quite worried if I had it in me to take so big an undertaking due to a recent ankle injury. But adequate rest, time for rejuvenation and constant encouragement from my loving family Shabnam Marie Mathews gave me the boost and confidence I needed.
